Malcolm Constable

Malcolm oversees all acquisitions, capital sourcing, and strategic initiatives. Prior to joining Saracen Properties, Malcolm was a Director of Acquisitions at Atlas Real Estate Partners and an Associate at Clarion Partners, where he held positions in both Asset and Portfolio Management. During his five years at Clarion, he oversaw the three million square foot Greater Boston office portfolio as well as the oversight of two separate account pension fund clients with a gross asset value of $3.5 billion, and the development of a 420,000 square foot life science building anchored by Dana Farber Cancer Institute. Malcolm is a member of ULI’s Real Estate Technology Council and United Way’s Community Builders. He has a bachelor’s degree from Tufts University and lives in Wellesley, MA with his wife and son.
