Magdalena Bulicz has been with Monadnock Development since 2016, overseeing all the administrative functions in the office as Administrative Assistant as well as providing general secretarial support to enable the smooth and effective running of the office. Magdelena has over 10 years of experience as an administrative professional. She has a proven ability to provide support for corporate officers, executives, and VPs; is highly organized—able to coordinate both administrative office and personal activities; and is adept at managing schedules, preparing travel arrangements, and maintaining calendars. She has a background in bookkeeping, accounts payable and receivable, and payroll. Magdalena is extremely flexible, with the ability to multi-task effectively in fast-paced environments. She is also a Notary Public. Prior to joining the Development team, Magdalena worked for Capsys Corp. company which was affiliated with Monadnock Development where she interacted with vendors, contractors, and professional services personnel to receive orders, direct activities, and communicate management instructions. In addition, her diverse responsibilities included overseeing benefits, payroll processing, billing, and limited bookkeeping functions.
