As a member of the Industrial team alongside Allen Gump and Allyson Yost, Madeleine focuses on representing industrial occupiers navigating the real estate market. She spearheads the team’s business development initiatives, targeting new companies for potential partnerships and aligning their real estate needs. Madeleine brings her investment sales experience in acquisition strategy, valuation, and asset disposition to the table to better serve industrial clients looking to optimize their real estate approach.

Prior to Colliers, Madeleine served as Director for Cushman & Wakefield’s Capital Markets division where she helped execute over $950MM in industrial investment sale transactions. She began her CRE career at Colliers as a Senior Financial Analyst on the Institutional Office Capital Markets team. In her first position outside of college, Mrs. Supplee worked at Creighton University where she was quickly promoted to Assistant Director of Admissions. Madeleine consistently surpassed recruiting goals and received numerous awards for her efforts. It was in this role that she developed a passion for providing exceptional customer service for her clients.
