Madalyn Ladd is a Financial Analyst with the National Retail Partners – Midwest. Since its formation, the team has completed over 1,370 transactions containing over 200 million square feet of retail properties valued in excess of $19.2 billion. Her primary responsibilities include performing complex financial analyses, building customized Argus and Excel models, reviewing and analyzing leases and historical income and expense data, aiding in the creation of nationwide offering memorandums, and a range of other project-specific tasks.

Madalyn joined CBRE in October of 2023 as part of the NRP – Midwest team. Madalyn graduated from The University of Wisconsin-Madison with a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Investment & Banking and Real Estate & Urban Land Economics in May 2023.
