Mackinley Robinson is a Director of Berkadia's Seattle Mortgage Banking office. He provides debt and equity financing for all property types to facilitate acquisitions, refinances, and recapitalizations across the United States. Mr. Robinson represents capital partners Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, HUD, Life Companies, CMBS, and private capital including debt funds. Throughout his career, Mr. Robinson has worked on the closing of more than $500 million in loans for clients. He has placed capital for multifamily, office, retail, industrial, affordable housing, and a number of other property types.Mackinley is an active member of NAIOP, serving as a Co-Chair of the DL Committee, and representing the Pacific Northwest region on a National Forum. Mr. Robinson holds a bachelor's degree, Magna Cum Laude, in Finance from Western Washington University, and a Certificate in Commercial Real Estate from the University of Washington.
