Mackey Merrill

Mackey Merrill joins FD Stonewater as an Investment Associate. In this role, Mackey works directly with investment platform partners and team members to underwrite and execute potential acquisitions, support property due diligence, conduct market research, evaluate joint venture structures, and participate in business plan execution for existing portfolio assets. Prior to joining the firm, Mackey was a Capital Markets Associate at Newmark, where he oversaw the financial analysis and due diligence of over $3 billion of investment sales activity.

He is a graduate of Georgetown University, where he earned a B.S. in both Management and Marketing and was a four-year letterman on the varsity lacrosse team. Mackey resides in Washington, DC, and enjoys skiing, cycling, and enjoying the outdoors with his dog, Marvin.
