In 2018, Mackenzie joined Colliers central Florida and now exclusively works with two brokerage teams specializing in investment and industrial services. She is responsible for researching and developing marketing and sales materials during an asset's listing process. This includes creating and implementing marketing campaigns, designing marketing materials, e-marketing strategies, advertising, and presentations/proposals. Mackenzie also utilizes her analytics background to provide market insight for her team when researching the commercial real estate market in greater central Florida.

As a senior client services specialist for the greater central Florida investments & industrial team, Mackenzie leads her team in marketing efforts to improve their recognition and presence in the market. Her responsibilities include strategic marketing planning for active listings, developing property and team collateral, curating press release material, managing and monitoring the team's website, creating internal and client-facing presentations, and producing digital content for social media platforms. She establishes objectives for projects and coordinates all the necessary elements to achieve them.

Mackenzie was recognized as Collier's Southeast/Mid-Central Rising Star of the Year in 2019. This award is given to a new teammate who has made a significant impact.
