Lynne Hejtmanek

As a Managing Director of Asset Services, Lynne Hejtmanek oversees property management operations for Cushman & Wakefield in Dallas. She is responsible for the management of more than 23 million square feet of office, industrial, and retail space throughout the North Texas region. Her responsibilities include financial oversight of the department, direct leadership of the property management team, and business development for the group. She works in frequent collaboration with the leaders of the firm's agency leasing, capital markets, and valuation and advisory service lines.

Since joining Cushman in 2005 and with over 14 years of experience, Ms. Hejtmanek has been involved with large urban office projects, the repositioning of properties, acquisitions, and new developments. Her key strengths include leasing and construction oversight, financial reporting, budgeting and operating expense reconciliations, property operations, and tenant services. She prides herself on being detailed oriented, self-motivated, as well as being an excellent communicator and manager with strong mentoring and team building skills. She serves a variety of owners including MetLife, JP Morgan Chase, UBS, VanTrust Real Estate, & Franklin Street Properties. A seasoned professional, Hejtmanek received her Real Property Administrator designation in 2014.
