Lynn De Marco is the Senior Managing Director of Investment Sales and Partner in the New York office of TSCG. Ms. De Marco has over 30 years of experience in commercial real estate. Since 1999, Ms. De Marco has been involved with transactions totaling over $3.2 Billion along with coordinating significant portfolio advisory assignments.

Prior to joining TSCG in October 2012, Ms. De Marco held key positions with HFF, Staubach Capital Markets and Trammell Crow company as a senior member of the East Coast Retail Investment Team and as a Vice President in the Investment Properties Division of Insignia/ESG and post–merger, CB Richard Ellis.

Prior to working in brokerage, Ms. De Marco’s gained extensive institutional experience at Bear Stearns’ and Smith Barney’s Commercial Mortgage Groups, Wexford Capital, and Chase Manhattan Bank’s REO group. Her diverse background combines experience in transactions, finance, advisory and asset management.
