Luke Ogelsby joined CBRE in March of 2004 as a part of the Wheel Program, the premier training program in commercial real estate. Over the past 15 years, Mr. Ogelsby has worked on a broad range of assignments including Landlord and Tenant representation of both office and industrial properties.
With experience in both sales and leasing, Mr. Ogelsby leverages his extensive market knowledge of Market neighborhood in order to find creative solutions for his clients. Mr. Ogelsby's ingenuity has allowed him to provide long-term strategic planning and global real estate strategies for his clients that range from Fortune 500 corporations to venture funded startups. By leveraging the CBRE platform and tailoring the company's services to meet his clients' needs, Mr. Ogelsby is able to put into place a sound real estate strategy that maximizes his client's bottom line.
Mr. Ogelsby is a leading member of CBRE's Technology and Media Practice Group, where he was elected to serve as part of the Executive Committee. The Technology & Media Practice Group was formed specifically to address the needs of growing companies in the tech/media sectors across an international real estate landscape.
