Luke has over 8 years of experience in the multi-family industry and has been a major contributor to the growth of GREA. Luke has played a key role in the sale of over 2,500 units in excess of $300 million dollars in total consideration.

Luke specializes in the sale of multi-family and mixed-use developments. His knowledge of the market place and work ethic has helped him to maximize sales proceeds for sellers of apartment properties of all sizes. Luke received “40 Under 40” honors from the Mid-Atlantic Real Estate Journal acknowledging his success in the industry.

Prior to joining GREA, Luke attended the University of Pennsylvania. In addition to receiving his Bachelor’s Degree, Luke was an All-American fullback and two-time Ivy League Champion for the Quakers varsity football team.
