Bio
Luke Davis joined KETTLER in 2010 and serves as Chief Investment Officer for the company. Mr. Davis is responsible for identifying and evaluating new development and existing asset acquisition opportunities, managing the due diligence process, capitalization of transactions and ventures and the establishment of business plans. He brings more than 10 years of investment and development experience with a focus on multifamily development and has been involved in over 40 projects with a total capitalization in excess of $3 billion. Mr. Davis earned a bachelor’s degree in finance from James Madison University in Harrisonburg, VA. Prior to joining KETTLER, he worked at NOVO Development Corporation. Mr. Davis is an active member of the Urban Land Institute, as well as the DC Real Estate Group.
