Luke Dann

Luke Dann is a Principal, Head of CMBS Investments and a member of the Long Duration Investment Committee. Mr. Dann began his career in CMBS in 1997 at LNR, one of the largest and oldest CMBS investors and special servicers. At LNR, he last headed credit for loan originations and oversaw B-Piece buying immediately prior to joining Prime Finance. While at LNR, he worked on the purchase of 170 new issue CMBS acquisitions totaling over 20,000 loans with a balance of over $270 billion and $4.2 billion of invested capital. He was also involved in the acquisition of over 600 secondary bonds totaling face of $8.1 billion and $1.2 billion invested, and maintained an active role in surveillance and loss projection management. Mr. Dann approved over 600 loans for $6 billion originated by LNR’s conduit. Mr. Dann is on the Board of the Commercial Real Estate Finance Council (CREFC). Mr. Dann graduated from Dartmouth College with B.A. in Government and an MBA from the University of Miami.
