Luke represents the Whalen-Johnson team at Marcus & Millichap where he focuses on multi-tenant retail and single-tenant net-leased investment sales. The team brings almost a billion dollars of closed transaction experience to the table. This experience combined with a motivation to help clients dramatically increase their wealth make the team one of the most active in the Midwest. Specialization in retail and net-leased sales gives Luke a competitive advantage over competitors who cover a more broad range of brokerage services. He attended Augustana College in Rock Island, IL, where he also played football for all four years. In college, he double majored in Business Administration/ Accounting, with an emphasis on real estate. Luke is passionate about helping clients execute personalized investment strategies and increase their wealth through real estate.
