Luke’s family owns and operates multiple pizza franchises in the Houston area. It was through this experience that Luke was first introduced to commercial real estate. Seeing what his family went through to expand their operations, he developed a passion for helping small business owners grow their business. Luke saw how critical it is to have the support of a professional real estate partner who can guide entrepreneurs through the site selection and lease negotiation process. Luke uses his personal drive to deliver results for his clients to help them make their vision reality.

Prior to joining Matthews™, Luke worked as a Terminal Manager at a 3PL called Frontier Logistics. He was responsible for managing the overall operations of a designated warehouse, from packaging the product to seeing its way out the door for specific shipments on either shipping containers or live truckloads.
