Luciano Medeiros

Originally from Sao Paulo, Brazil, Luciano has been residing in the US for over a decade and has over fifteen years of experience. With a strong background in commercial real estate in his home country, he has purchased and sold over thirty gas stations. He has expanded his commercial real estate knowledge after moving to the US by successfully opening ten restaurants over the last eleven years including one in Canada as well. His vast experience in the International Real Estate segment along with his expertise in marketing, finance and site selection has allowed him to uniquely provide advisory, acquisition and disposition services to foreign nationals. He travels to Central and South America quarterly to attend company sponsored Expos and educates his investors on the commercial real estate markets in Florida. Specializing in not only the single tenant net lease retail segment, he has also focused on “small bay” multi-tenant retail centers, grocery anchored shopping centers, as well as some office, multi-family and industrial properties. Luciano is a licensed Florida Real Estate Broker Associate and joined Millenia Partners in 2016 to lead the company’s International Division. He lives in Orlando, Florida with his wife and family.
