Lucas Fernandez serves as an Associate at Matthews Real Estate Investment Services™, specializing in the acquisition and disposition of casual dining net lease assets in the Midwest, with a focus on Applebee’s, Bob Evans, Buffalo Wild Wings, Chili’s, Denny’s, Hooters, IHOP, and Red Lobster. He collaborates extensively with private investors, 1031 exchange buyers, developers, institutions, and syndicators across the nation. His specialized degree in real estate finance along with his extensive experience enables him to exceed client expectations and elevate their position in the market.
Prior to joining Matthews™, Lucas worked within JLL’s tenant representation department in Miami.
