Louis B. Pellegrino, MAI is a Senior Vice President in the Hartford, Connecticut office of CBRE. He has over 30 years of professional experience in the preparation and review of commercial real estate appraisals, feasibility studies, rent analysis, market studies, partial-interest analysis, property-assessment valuations and easement and rights-of-way appraisals.
Since 1998, Mr. Pellegrino has been responsible for daily operational activities for assignments completed by our Connecticut Valuation & Advisory Services Team, including business development, client relations, personnel supervision, appraisal preparation and report reviews. His primary territory includes Connecticut and western Massachusetts. Through his network with CBRE, Mr. Pellegrino can contract appraisal services for any area throughout the United States.
Mr. Pellegrino's experience encompasses a wide variety of property types including professional and medical offices, retail properties, multifamily complexes, industrial facilities, residential and commercial condominiums, marinas, schools, vacant sites and acreage in various zone classifications and other commercial properties. He has also been involved in multi-property assignments for various rights-of-ways and easements throughout Connecticut. Mr. Pellegrino is qualified as an expert witness in the State of Connecticut and Federal Court Systems. Prior to joining CBRE/NE in 1995, Lou was an appraiser with at Heberger and Associates.
