Louann Gorris

LouAnn Gorris joined Hawthorne Residential Partners in 2012 and serves as the Senior Director of Talent Acquisitions and Culture. In this role she is responsible for creating and implementing Recruiting Initiatives and Strategies that support and optimize the operational performance of Hawthorne’s communities. By collaborating closely with HR, she manages employee engagement and culture initiatives, including the strategy to drive effective engagement, retention, and inclusion of all team members. LouAnn also provides leadership development education and training for the company’s “Live It” culture. With over 30 years in the multifamily industry, she brings a wealth of invaluable knowledge and experience. LouAnn earned her BS in Business Management at Appalachian State University and holds certifications in NALP and CAM, and is currently a candidate for IREM. She has served on numerous committees for Apartment Associations including Education, Governmental Affairs and has served on the Board of Directors.
