Bio
Lou Tamposi is responsible for sourcing and underwriting new deals as part of Toll Brothers Apartment Living’s expansion in the New England market. Lou joined Toll Brothers Apartment Living as an assistant project manager and is now involved in all aspects of the acquisitions and development process for new and existing deals in the region.
Prior to joining Toll Brothers Apartment Living in 2017, Lou was at Avison Young, a full-service real estate brokerage firm, focusing on the urban Boston market. In addition, he served for two years as a middle school teacher in Rhode Island with Teach for America, where he taught English Language Arts, as well as coached baseball and served as a mentor for a cohort of underprivileged students.
Lou earned a Bachelor of Arts in English from Tufts University, with a minor in Entrepreneurial Leadership. He has completed additional coursework at The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth University and holds a Massachusetts real estate license.
