Bio
Loren leads Trinitas’ corporate vision and strategy overseeing the company’s investment, finance, development, construction and property management activities. Under Loren’s leadership, Trinitas has developed nearly $1 billion in university-centric real estate and is currently developing nearly $1 billion in student housing and mixed-use projects. Prior to co-founding Trinitas, Loren served as a corporate law attorney for Frost Brown Todd and in the international corporate affairs office of a multinational Fortune 500 company. He is a member of the Indiana bar association (and an inactive member of the Illinois and Kentucky bar associations), his local chamber of commerce, and his local, state and national apartment associations. Loren also serves on the Indiana leadership council of the National Federation of Independent Businesses (NFIB) as well as the Urban Land Institute Student Housing Council. In addition, he formerly served as a board member of the Indiana Apartment Association and is a deacon at his church.
Loren graduated with distinction from the Indiana University Maurer School of Law and earned a Master of Business Administration from the Indiana University Kelley School of Business, with a concentration in New Venture and Real Estate Finance. He also earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from DePauw University.
Full Disclosure: Loren can be found walking the halls of Trinitas deep in thought with his custom, Louisville Slugger “thinking stick,” which is accredited with at least one really good idea per day.
