Loren Biller

Mr. Biller serves as the head of originations for the Midwestern Region at Bedrock Capital Associates, and is based in the firm's New York office. Mr. Biller's primary responsibilities are the origination, structuring and closing of floating-rate bridge loans. Mr. Biller has over 10 years of broad experience in commercial real estate, including loan origination, property acquisitions and asset management. Prior to joining Bedrock, Mr. Biller worked for Ladder Capital, where he originated bridge loans, CMBS loans and equity investments. Prior to Ladder Capital, Mr. Biller worked for the Kaufman Organization, a New York-based commercial property firm, where he was responsible for office leasing and acquisitions. Mr. Biller has previously held positions with Meister Seelig & Fein LLP, Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft LLP, and C.H. Robinson Worldwide. He received his B.S. in Business Administration from the Ohio State University.
