Lizette Borbon-Iskhakova is a member of De Rito Partners, Inc outstanding Hispanic Retail Leasing Team covering the State of Arizona. Raised in Nogales, Sonora Mexico, Lizette has an unparalleled understanding of the culture and language which provides her with a well developed ability and keen insight to target and successfully unite landlords with tenants of different cultures and backgrounds. During her first year with De Rito Partners, she was awarded Rookie of the Year. Lizette was recognized as one of the top producers for the Company. She is a member of the international council of shopping centers (ICSC). Lizette has established her tenant based clients into new markets such as Albuquerque, NM and Texas. Her dedication and ability to take her clients from concept to store opening, continues to set her apart and makes her a valuable asset to clients. Along with her long standing relationships in California, Texas, New Mexico, the state of Sonora, Guadalajara, Jalisco and Mexico City. Lizette has a strong cooperative relationship with Mexico and Latin America through advocacy, trade, networking and information.
