Liz King

Elizabeth King is an Executive Director in J.P. Morgan's CMBS Origination Group. She joined J.P. Morgan in 2011 and works on the loan origination and underwriting side across all asset types across the United States. Elizabeth focuses on single borrower single assets deals. In addition, she works on transitional balance sheet deals, syndicated transactions as well as loans that are contributed to conduit securitizations. Recently, Elizabeth worked on CMBS deals for both standalone assets as well as large portfolios of hotels, self-storage, industrial, and office with a focus on creative exits in the capital markets. Prior to joining J.P. Morgan, she worked at Credit Suisse in the Real Estate Finance & Securitization Group in CMBS origination. She graduated from Cornell University with a B.S. in Hospitality Administration.
