Bio
Liz Diamond is a Vice President, Product Originations with Berkadia responsible for the structuring of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac affordable housing transactions. Prior to joining Berkadia, Diamond was a Vice President with Lancaster Pollard responsible for mortgage banking and investment banking in the western region. She has 20+ years of experience in housing finance and previously worked at the AFL-CIO Housing Investment Trust (Trust) as director of the western region and as a senior investment officer. At the Trust she was responsible for multifamily investment activities with a focus on Federal Housing Administration (FHA) and Government Sponsored Enterprise (GSE) executions for affordable and market rate transactions. Ms. Diamond started her career as a loan underwriter with Walker & Dunlop and then moved into mortgage banking where she focused on GSE affordable and market rate originations.
