Bio
Lisa Roths is a Mangaing Director for CBRE’s Global Workplace Solutions (“GWS”) Client Solutions team. In this role, Lisa leads strategic real estate and facilities outsourcing solutions for large corporations. Lisa’s areas of specialization include integrated facilities management, organizational analysis and design, performance management, and operating expense benchmarking.
Previously, Lisa was the Sr. Program Manager for CBRE’s Facilities Management service line, providing benchmarking analysis, organizational design, and policies and procedures for CBRE’s 120 corporate and healthcare facilities clients. She co-created and managed CBRE’s facilities management quality assessment program, leading a team of 25 professionals across the globe in reviewing operations of existing accounts.
Lisa has worked with and designed solutions for many leading organizations including Abbott Laboratories, Mondelez International, Northwestern Medicine, Group Health Cooperative, Siemens, McKesson Corporation, Microsoft, and Nike.
Prior to joining CBRE, Lisa was the Director of Membership for the Building Owners and Managers Association of Chicago (BOMA/Chicago). In this role Lisa served on the team that negotiated collective bargaining agreements on behalf of 175 member buildings covering janitorial, security and engineering personnel, and created an Emerging Leaders Network to provide career development and training for more than 200 young commercial real estate professionals.
During her career Lisa has negotiated more than 10 collective bargaining agreements with labor unions including the International Union of Operating Engineers (IUOE) and Service Employees International Union (SEIU).
