Lindsey Groom joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2010 and has 12 years of commercial real estate experience. She is a member of the firm's DC Metro Healthcare Advisory Group, providing strategic advisory and brokerage services to physician practice groups, hospital systems, investors in healthcare real estate, insurance providers, pharmaceutical and biotech companies both regionally and nationally. She and her team advise clients with expertise surrounding patient experience, service line growth projections, payer mix analysis, clinical space utilization and regulatory compliance.
Lindsey previously served as Director of Operations for Cushman & Wakefield's Americas Capital Markets platform, with responsibility for internal and external relationship management, marketing and communications, infrastructure coordination, information management and analysis, and best practices across a platform of 350+ brokers, completing $48 billion in transactions in 2017. Lindsey began her tenure with Cushman & Wakefield as Marketing Associate for the DC Metro Region.
