Lindsay Zegans joined RIPCO Real Estate in 2013 and is a Managing Director in the company’s Manhattan office focusing on landlord and tenant representation.

She specializes in national and local tenant representation with services that include developing thoughtful and detailed expansion strategies, market analysis, and location optimization for her clients. She represents a range of international and domestic clients, including Chase Hospitality Group, Chaps & Co, ALALA, Vuori and Pure Barre.

Lindsay represents landlords throughout Manhattan on a variety of retail leasing that includes mixed use developments, retail condominiums, and redevelopments. She has represented and worked on transactions with Premier Equities, Dalan Management, Magnum Real Estate, Slate Property Group, Extell Development, RXR Realty, SL Green, Acadia Realty Trust, East End Capital and K Property Group.

Lindsay is a Licensed Real Estate salesperson and member of the International Council of Shopping Centers. She is a graduate of Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business and currently resides in Manhattan.
