Linda Gibbs, Senior Vice President, together with partner Tim Sharpe managed the Capital Markets/Investment Properties platform, formerly known as the Private Client Group (PCG), for the state of Iowa from its inception in 2002. 

Linda brings over 33 years of commercial real estate experience to the table and is widely recognized as a leading investment property specialist in Iowa along with her partner Tim Sharpe.

Her sole focus is the acquisition and disposition of all types of investment properties including retail, office, industrial and with a heavy emphasis on multi-family. Linda has been involved in disposition and debt equity investment property transactions exceeding $1 billion.

Linda is committed to the fundamentals of providing the same quality service and creative real estate solutions on which she has built her solid reputation.
