Lexis Livengood brings 18 years of extensive client relationship management with a key emphasis in strategic planning, business development and market expansion. She is well-versed with the development and implementation of strategic long-term planning, demographic analysis and financial structuring. Lexis is excellent in negotiations and conflict resolution and is an important asset in this part of the real estate process. Her tenure with the business community, including the technology and financial sectors, has given her a wealth of knowledge to craft real estate solutions for commercial tenants.


Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Lexis served as the Executive Director of Corporate Relations for the U.S. Chamber Of Commerce where she built strong relationships with key corporate business leaders, educating them on the Chamber's mission to fight for business and free enterprise before Congress, the White House, regulatory agencies, the courts, the court of public opinion, and governments around the world. Before joining the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, Lexis worked at Xcapital Inc. where she served as the Director of Sales and Marketing. Her responsibilities included providing leadership through new sales opportunities, development of creative marketing campaigns and developing strategic plans and budgets to support organizational goals. Lexis' work experience also includes nine years of residential and commercial selling in the Bay Area.
