With a background that includes national experience in acquisitions, development, brokerage, and asset management, Lex is instrumental in maximizing the value of our clients’ properties. Equally indispensable are his insights into the trends shaping real estate markets nationwide. As we redevelop client assets, Lex ensures that every decision made, and every dollar spent, helps tailor the property to the desires of our target market. Once development is complete, Lex oversees leasing and management, ensuring the asset’s performance matches the objectives of the client’s business plan. Before joining Trinity, Lex spent four years with CBRE advising mid-cap and large-cap office, retail, and industrial users. He also served as a portfolio analyst for Washington Real Estate Holdings, where he helped manage the real estate assets of a state pension fund through the volatility of the Great Recession. Endlessly interested in the latest real estate research and market dynamics, Lex is also a member of the Urban Land Institute and the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties.
