Lew Goldman

Lew Goldman is a Partner and Senior Investment Specialist who began his career at Colliers in 2005. Lew specializes in all forms of investment sales and works across the country, he has closed deals in 27 states. Lew works with a wide range of clients including 1031 exchange buyers, boutique investment groups, developers, private equity and REITs. He has done in excess of $150,000,000 in transaction volume over the last three years alone. Lew is consistently one of the top producers within his Colliers office, and in 2016 and 2019 was recognized as a Colliers Everest Club member which recognizes the top 10% brokers nationwide. Prior to his career in commercial real estate Lew was a literary agent at one of Hollywood's largest talent agencies where he helped manage the careers of screenwriters and directors. Through college Lew worked in a fly fishing shop, fishing remains one of his true passions.
