Over 15+ years as a real estate entrepreneur, Leo has gained experience with a diverse range of real estate product types, acquired property in over 20 US States, closed over $2B of real estate transactions, acquired or developed approximately 3,000 residential units, structured dozens of complex transactions, and overseen all aspects of numerous mixed-use real estate development projects.
