Bio
Len Erickson started leasing new projects for Fuqua Development in 2013. He has fifteen years in commercial real estate leasing and development with O'Leary Partners and Wieland Homes. As Development Director of O'Leary, he was responsible for more than 750k square feet of retail space. He increased the NOI by more than $1 million in leasing revenue to 97% occupancy at Greenbrier Mall, anchored by Macy's and Burlington Coat Factory, by upgrading to more national and regional tenants. Len restructured and remerchandised North Dekalb Mall, anchored by Macy's, Ross Dress For Less, Marshall's and AMC Theatres by implementing a new development and remerchandising plan. Len also brings expertise from Wieland Homes where he worked for eight years as Corporate Facilities Manager, Construction Operations Manager and Leasing Manager of all their commercial mixed use developments. Len holds a Master's of Science degree in Building Construction and Facility Management from Georgia Institute of Technology, and a Bachelor of Science degree from Florida State University. Formerly Len was a commissioned officer of The United States Army and has a family with two children.
