Leigh Gerke is a Transaction Manager at CBRE, focusing on Multifamily Investment Sales in the Fort Lauderdale market.  Skilled at interpersonal communications and relationship management, Ms. Gerke assists in streamlining real estate transactions from start to finish.  As a liaison between clients, brokers and legal, she ensures deadlines are met and all parties are in compliance.

Ms. Gerke had joined the firm as a Real Estate Service Administrator and was quickly promoted to Associate Real Estate Manager for Asset Services. In this role, she supported the daily management operations of an industrial and retail portfolio of approximately 4 million square feet. Additionally, she was responsible for maintaining client, tenant and vendor relations, monitoring and responding to on-site technical issues, and ensuring high quality delivery of services in accordance to contractual obligations. 

With more than eight years real estate experience in Broward county, Ms. Gerke holds a Bachelor degree in Business Administration from Florida Atlantic University.
