When setting out to launch Coral Hospitality in 1999, Lee set out to fill the need that existed for a professional management resource that specialized in the hotel and club industries. When looking at Coral’s track record for success, it is clear that his vision has come to fruition. Coral has excelled by focusing on a few critical areas – developing strategic operations plans, expanding business development of management contracts with clubs and hotels, and reorganizing and repositioning properties for future growth. Lee has guided his management team with a central philosophy of establishing fair, consistent leadership principles across Coral’s portfolio and implementing meticulous systems that control operations in a profit-oriented environment. Lee's career encompasses executive positions with world-class five-star, five-diamond hotels and resorts including The Ritz-Carlton in Naples, FL, the Grand Wailea Resort & Spa in Maui, the Atlantis Resort & Casino on Paradise Island in The Bahamas, and LaPlaya Beach Resort in Naples, FL. His responsibilities have spanned the spectrum of hotel, club and resort operations, including food and beverage, golf operations, administration, human resources, finance and accounting systems.
