Lee Belland III joined Stream Realty Partners in 2022 serving as the Senior Analyst in the Industrial Capital Markets Division. He is responsible for the underwriting, marketing and sale of industrial properties throughout Texas, including Dallas, Houston, San Antonio and Austin.

Prior to joining Stream, Lee worked as a senior analyst at Cushman & Wakefield. Throughout his career, Lee’s experience has included both the office and industrial asset classes, managing the disposition process for both private and institutional owners. He has participated in the sale of over $2.1 B in total transaction value.
