Lee Belland is Co-General Partner & Co-Founder of Stream Realty Partners. Along with Mike McVean, Belland has grown Stream Realty from its two original partners in 1996 to one of the largest real estate services and investment companies in Texas, the Southeast and the Southwest.
Belland directs the company's services business and is actively involved in all of the major transactions within the company. In addition to the services business, Belland oversees the company's principal investment activities. Since its inception, Stream Realty has acquired or developed over 13 million square feet of office, industrial, retail and data center product valued at over $1 billion. The firm's investment activities have produced exceptional returns to both its internal and external capital partners.
Under Belland's direction, Stream Realty has consistently been ranked as one of the top 10 'Best Places to Work' in each of its cities it operates. In addition, the firm has been named to the SMU Cox School of Business' 'Dallas 100', which honors the fastest growing companies in the city.
Prior to founding Stream Realty, Belland was a partner with Trammell Crow Company.
