President of AGP Capital, a Commercial Real Estate Advisory Firm (Since 1993). Laus has 30-years of commercial real estate experience and has been involved in over $500 million of real estate transactions. Previously was Executive Vice President for a commercial real estate development company.

Its parent, Watt Companies, was formed in 1947 and had its origins in home-building in Southern California markets. In time, the organization grew through the successful completion of numerous residential housing projects, high-rise office buildings, hotels, industrial parks, and grocery-anchored shopping centers. Today, the company owns and manages a portfolio of over six million square feet of commercial real estate.  Watt Companies established Watt Investment Partners in 2010 to serve as the commercial real estate investment vehicle and growth platform for the company.
