Lauren Rickert

Ms. Rickert is a Vice President at Tryperion Holdings. Her primary responsibilities include underwriting new deals, closing acquisitions, and assisting the investment committee.

Prior to joining Tryperion Holdings, Ms. Rickert was an Associate at Eastdil Secured in the Debt Placement group, where she was responsible for underwriting, sourcing, and structuring financings in all major property types across the country. From 2011 to 2015, Ms. Rickert was employed at GE Capital Real Estate, serving as an analyst with the Risk Management Program until 2013, and as an Associate with the New York Capital Markets team from 2013 to 2015.Ms. Rickert received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Southern California. She is a member of ULI.
