Bio
Lauren Nolan is an analyst at Velocis, where she assists in asset management and financial analysis of the firm’s existing real estate investments. Prior to joining Velocis, Nolan gained experience at Greysteel, a real estate transaction adviser based in Washington, D.C. serving private, middle-market and institutional investors. At Greysteel, she worked alongside a brokerage team focused on both commercial and mixed-use properties. Nolan holds a BBA in Finance with a concentration in real estate from Texas Christian University’s Neeley School of Business. She also holds a Texas Real Estate Sales Agent license.
