Ms. Falcone assists in creating and maintaining pro forma financial models related to Intercontinental’s existing portfolio of assets. She is responsible for performing financial analyses and valuations to help management in the budgeting, forecasting, leasing, and portfolio decision-making process. Prior to her role as Portfolio Analyst, Ms. Falcone was an Assistant Asset Manager at the firm actively working on Intercontinental’s national portfolio of commercial office, retail, industrials, and residential properties. Her responsibilities included: reviewing monthly reports submitted by third party managers; writing and reviewing management reports; performing valuation analyses of leases and projects; reviewing and analyzing operating budgets; and administering leases. In addition, Ms. Falcone also assisted in the acquisition process for new out-of-state investments. Ms. Falcone holds an MBA from the F.W. Olin School of Management at Babson College. She received her undergraduate degree from Syracuse University.
