Laurel Grant, MAI is a Senior Production Analyst with CBRE Debt & Structured Finance in Seattle, Washington. Her responsibilities include analyzing and underwriting potential deals, market research, preparing financing requests, assisting in the issuance and execution of loan applications and managing the processing and closing of loans, including document review and due diligence. She has experience in debt and structured financing for all commercial product types, including multifamily housing and hotels.
Prior to joining CBRE in 2003, Laurel was a commercial real estate appraiser and analyst, working at the Seattle firms of Schueler, McKown & Keenan, Inc. and Kidder Mathews.
