Laura Stangle

Laura Stangle joined Zeller in 2017. As Senior Vice President of Asset Management, Laura is responsible for developing a strategic business plan and monitoring the investment performance of several of Zeller’s Midwest office properties. Prior to joining Zeller, she was Senior Asset Manager at Tribune Real Estate Holdings for an 8 million square foot national portfolio initially responsible for evaluating complex redevelopment projects and structuring of JV partnerships with developers which later transitioned to dispositions of their real estate holdings. Previously, Laura worked for Lincoln Property Company to lead the repositioning of turnaround assets. Her career started with portfolio assignments with CB Commercial, Simon Property Co., and Hamilton Partners in suburban Chicago, and transitioned to the downtown market when she became a Property Manager for Prime Group Realty Trust. Laura has a BA and an MBA in Real Estate Investment and Finance from DePaul University. She has been a BOMI Instructor since 2003 and is a Real Property Administrator (RPA) and a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM).
