Bio
Laura Petrucci, Senior Vice President, Investments, has been with CenterPoint Properties since 2005. She supervises the analytics and approval process for the Company's sale and acquisition of industrial properties nationwide. Additionally, Laura's responsibilities include identifying, vetting and underwriting CenterPoint's disposition opportunities. During her tenure at CenterPoint, Ms. she has held positions such as Investment Financial Analyst, Investment Manager, Investment Senior Manager and Investment Director. Before joining CenterPoint, Ms. Petrucci served as a senior valuation associate at Deloitte and Touche and a real estate consultant at Arthur Andersen. She holds a bachelor's in finance from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
