Laura Friddell

Laura joined Patterson in the summer of 2015 after spending two years at SunTrust Robinson Humphrey (now Truist Securities) in its Structured Real Estate Group. Prior to joining SunTrust Robinson Humphrey, she attended the University of Virginia, majoring in both Finance and French.

Since joining Patterson in 2015, Laura has directly assisted in raising over $3.0 billion in financing for clients. She has worked on a wide range of property types across the Southeast and is experienced in raising development, bridge, and permanent financing. The financing raised has included a mix of equity, senior debt, and subordinate capital (both mezzanine debt and preferred equity). Laura has also been actively involved in the advisory side of Patterson’s business, helping clients with overall strategic thinking as well as detailed analyses for certain projects and situations.
