Laura Boule

Laura joined the Nordblom Company in 2017 as the Vice President of Residential Asset and Property Management. Her responsibilities include overseeing the day to day operations of the multifamily portfolio, preparing asset and strategic plans, and participating in the acquisition, disposition and development of new assets. Laura has over 15 years’ experience in the multi-family industry in a variety of roles including Community Manager, Financial Analyst, Regional Manager and most recently the Vice President of Investments for Equity Residential in Boston. Laura has a B.S.B.A and an MBA from Western New England University in Springfield, MA where she also played Division III Basketball and Lacrosse.
