Lars Eisenhauer joined CBRE in 2003. He specializes in medical office leasing and sales, as well as tenant/buyer representation.
Lars leads the Healthcare Services Group for CBRE in San Diego County and is a member of CBRE's National Healthcare Services Group. His expertise in this field ranges from tenant representation and landlord representation to healthcare facility risk management and new development consultation.
Lars contributes over twelve years of sales and marketing experience, holding a proven track record of meeting and exceeding both his client’s expectations and his own professional goals. Much of Lars’ time in commercial real estate has been spent negotiating medical office buildings on behalf of both Landlords and Tenants. He has also been involved in several large leases and sales, including the Sharp Healthcare Master Lease at Frost Street Medical Center (176,000 sq. ft. / $86M total consideration) and The Bressi Ranch Corporate Center sale (132 acres). Lars currently markets in excess of 1 million square feet of healthcare real estate in Southern California and has successfully leveraged a network of healthcare professionals to bring a high level of value to his clients.
