Larry Spysinski

Mr. Spysinski joined Seefried Properties in 2014 as Vice President of Development with the responsibility of managing development and construction activities for Seefried’s build-to-suit and speculative developments throughout the U.S. Mr. Spyskinski brings over 30 years of design/build and construction management experience including management of overall corporate operations with companies including Panattoni Construction, Opus North Corporation and the Columbus OH Regional Airport Authority. Throughout the duration of his career at Seefried, Mr. Spyskinski has completed approximately 15 million square feet of space in excess of $1.3 billion in project value. Prior to joining Seefried, Mr. Spysinski served as Vice President of Development with Panattoni where he helped to establish the company as a nationally-ranked Top 20 Design Build Construction Company.
