Larry Jones

Larry Jones is a licensed real estate broker with over thirty years of experience in the East Bay Industrial Market Place. Larry, during his career, has specialized in the sale and leasing of industrial plants, warehouses, and research and development properties. In addition, Larry has extensive experience in the sale of land through out Alameda and Contra Costa counties.

In representing the needs of his clients, his activities have included consultation, needs analysis, strategic planning, site analysis, budgeting, as well as the origination, negotiation and closing of commercial sale and lease transactions. These activities have led to Larry's participation in over 900 successful real estate transactions. This production level has consistently placed Larry among the top producers within the East Bay Market place.
